STEP DECK TRAILERS

 Through the combined expertise of trusted and reliable partners, we manufacture high-quality step deck trailers in a range of configurations. Our models are available in lengths from 48 to 53 feet, with 2- or 3-axle options. Each trailer is equipped with ABS braking systems, LED lighting, toolboxes, mud flaps, and a choice of steel or aluminum wheels. 

Optional features include retractable axles, loading and unloading ramps, and specially treated hardwood floors. All trailers are engineered for long-term reliability and durability and are built in full compliance with industry and U.S. DOT standards. 

 Designed for operations that require optimal legal payloads, exceptional road stability, and dependable performance at highway speeds, the GR step deck trailer rises to the challenge. Measuring 53 feet in length and 102 inches in width, it features a robust 68,000-lb GVWR and a payload capacity exceeding 54,000 pounds. Built for demanding commercial applications, the GR series is well suited for transporting heavy equipment, industrial machinery, and other high-capacity freight with confidence. 

The Checkmark GR Series liquid tender trailer is engineered around practical field requirements, providing clear benefits compared to a standard drop deck trailer fitted with tanks. By positioning one tank on the front upper deck and a second tank at the rear, the design creates a large, unobstructed center section. This open space accommodates chemical totes, the CM30G chemical eductor, and additional critical equipment, allowing for efficient organization and convenient access during spraying operations.
